Refund & Cancellation Policy
Silu Pro is an auto-renewing subscription for the Silu (司录) macOS application, a digital software service delivered online. This policy explains cancellation and refunds.
Free trial
Every account includes a one-time free allowance of 10 minutes of dictation, with no payment required. You only pay if you choose to subscribe after the trial.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or your account (via the Stripe customer portal). When you cancel, your subscription will not renew again; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
Refunds
Customers in the EU / EEA
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, because Silu is a digital service that begins immediately, by subscribing and starting to use the service you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the service has begun (Art. 16(m) EU Consumer Rights Directive). Where a refund is nonetheless required by applicable EU or national consumer law, we will honour it.
Customers outside the EU / EEA
Because the service is digital and delivered instantly, all subscription fees are non-refundable and all sales are final, except where a refund is required by the mandatory law of your country of residence.
Billing errors & problems
If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or experienced a significant technical failure that prevented you from using the service, email support@silu.pro. We review every such request in good faith and will correct genuine mistakes.
Price changes
If we change subscription prices, the new price applies only to future billing periods, and we will notify you in advance. Your current period is unaffected.
